- What is Adnah Legal, and how is it different from working with Raghav directly?
- Adnah Legal is the technology studio Raghav founded strictly for legal organisations: law firms of every size, in-house legal departments, legal aid and government legal functions. It runs organisation-wide transformations as a structured, fixed-fee engagement on one of two tracks. Working with Raghav directly, through the services on this site, covers single systems, agents, websites and audits for any kind of organisation. Either way, Raghav is the one doing the work.
- Is Adnah Legal a law firm?
- No. Adnah Legal is an AI transformation and technology studio, not a law firm. Nothing it produces is legal advice and no attorney-client relationship is formed. Its founder trained and practised as a lawyer, which is why the systems hold up inside regulated work.
- What does an engagement cost?
- One number, quoted up front, agreed before work starts, with no change orders for scope that should have been anticipated. The fee scales with scope, not with firm size. The number is quoted on the introduction call itself, not in a follow-up email. The AI Readiness Audit is free.
- How long does a transformation take?
- Four to eight weeks, occasionally ten. Weeks one and two name the process, weeks three to five systematise it, and weeks six onward automate it and hand it over. Institutional engagements run to procurement timelines, and Adnah says so plainly at intake.
- Which track am I on?
- AI-Native Transformation if the organisation has little legacy structure to protect, AI Adoption if it has existing departments, sign-off chains and procurement to work inside. The track is decided by legacy structure, not by preference, and it is named on the call before anything starts.
- Does Adnah Legal resell other people's software?
- No. It sells its own products, MatterOS and LexOS, off the shelf; builds bespoke where a real gap exists; and installs market-available software where that fits better. It does not white-label or resell anything.
- Can I see examples of the websites first?
- Yes. Seven complete demonstration websites for lawyers across the US, UK, UAE and Australia are on the showcase page, each built to its jurisdiction's advertising and disclosure rules.
